Kitchen renovations

We deliver complete kitchen renovations in London—from rip-out and first fix services to fitting, finishing, and handover—so you get a kitchen that looks great and works properly day to day. A well-planned kitchen project typically includes layout planning, coordinating trades, and careful installation of cabinets, worktops, and appliances.

What we do
  • Kitchen refurbishments and full replacements: removal of old units, preparation of walls/floors, installation of new cabinetry, worktops, splashbacks, flooring, and final decoration.

  • First fix services: plumbing and electrics (moving services for sinks, dishwashers, ovens/hobs, lighting and sockets) to suit your new layout.

  • Open-plan kitchen upgrades: knock-throughs and structural changes (with the right design/approvals) as part of a wider renovation.

Our process

We start with a site visit to confirm measurements, services, and your preferred finish, then provide an itemised quote and programme. The typical sequence is rip-out, first fix plumbing/electrics/ventilation, wall prep and plastering, then installation of units, worktops, tiling, and second fix connections.

Safety and compliance

Electrical work must comply with Building Regulations (Part P) and gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer where applicable. Many straight “like-for-like” kitchen refits don’t need Building Control approval, but changes to drainage or electrics can trigger requirements—so we’ll advise what applies on your project.
