What we do

• Full bathroom refurbishments: strip-out, first fix plumbing/electrics, wall/floor preparation, installation, tiling, and final decoration.​

• Wet rooms and shower areas: proper waterproofing (“tanking”) to wet zones before tiling, to reduce the risk of leaks and future damage.​

• Upgrades and extras: extractor fans/ventilation, electric underfloor heating, heated towel rails, niches/shelving, and storage solutions.​

Our process (simple and controlled)

We start with a site visit to confirm measurements, water pressure, and the best layout, then provide an itemised quote and programme. The build typically follows a clear sequence—rip out, first fix, prep, waterproofing, second fix, tiling, and finishing—so the job stays efficient and tidy.

Compliance and safety

Bathrooms are “special locations”, so electrical works must be carried out safely and in line with UK requirements (Part P), and we ensure ventilation is addressed to help prevent damp and mould. Where required, we provide the relevant certificates for your records at handover.
